Setting Up

Setting up your team is easy. Here’s what you can expect.

First, each team needs a contact person. This can be the team leader, a team member, a consultant, or administrative staff.

Next you’ll need to go to the TDS web site. Once there, the contact person will enter his or her own contact details, answer a few brief questions about his or her team, and then provide emails for all the team members. The contact person will be asked to enter the emails for each team member. When instructed by the contact person, the TDS web site will send an autogenerated email with the survey login information to each team member.

After 75% of the team members have completed the survey, the contact person can generate a summary report.

As the "contact person" or administrator, you can set up the team by doing the following:

  • Fill out contact details for yourself & your organization (Name, Address, Phone).
  • Propose an identification name for the team.
  • Complete the comments section with a description of the type of team.
  • Enter working e-mail addresses for each member of the team.
